Book Review: How Not To Die by Dr. Jan Garavaglia

Comments

I weigh a metric ton, and my doctor was still surprised to discover that I had low cholesterol and perfect blood pressure. F*** YOU, SCIENCE!!!

I know. They're trying to attribute everything to weight nowadays and it's just not fair or correct. Most doctors aren't even bothering to find out what else could be wrong if you go in; their first diagnosis is always "Well, maybe you should lose weight." Thanks, ASS, what else could it be?

How many years does "sucking the joy out of the room" take off your life?

Actually, I think it adds years to your life. Or... maybe it just makes it feel like it adds years to everyone else!

I just had potato salad for dinner. I'm not listening to her food advice. She can suck it.
